Our Story
Small Family Farm works towards Sustainabilty
Our farm is nestled in the beautiful, rolling hills of Allegany County in Fillmore, NY. We are a family farm, milking a small herd of registered Jersey cows, run a small vegetable farm, pasture raise goats and sheep and make all natural soaps and salves.
We began our story in 2007, as a goat dairy. We shipped our delicious, milk to an artisanal cheese plant for many years. In 2021, we lost our milk market due to Covid Mandates closing restaurants.
In order to save the farm, we decided to milk these beautiful Jersey cows. However, the goat's will forever be a part of our lives. I now raise and show a MUCH smaller herd of registered Saanen Dairy Goats. Still using their deliciously, nourishing milk, to make handmade, artisanal, soaps.
